  • Once onboarded, you’ll complete a detailed questionnaire so I can fully understand your brand, goals, services, and ideal client. From there, we’ll align on content direction, messaging, and expectations.

    If you’re based in Las Vegas, your monthly 6-hour content day will be filmed locally as part of your service. If you’re located outside of Las Vegas, content days are still included - you’ll simply be responsible for an additional travel fee, which varies depending on your region within the U.S.

    Communication will take place throughout the month to confirm content priorities, schedules, and any upcoming promotions.

    For clients based in Las Vegas, monthly content filming can be added on, allowing me to capture your content in person during a dedicated filming session. For clients located outside of Las Vegas, content filming is still absolutely an option - travel is simply quoted separately based on your location within the U.S.

    If you prefer (or if travel filming isn’t needed for your workflow), you may also choose to film your own content using the creative direction I provide. In this case, I’ll guide you through exactly what to film, how to film it, and why (including prompts, angles, pacing, and messaging) so your content still aligns with strategy and performs effectively once edited and posted.

    Both options are intentionally built into the service to ensure your content remains consistent, strategic, and aligned with your brand - regardless of where you’re located.

    Once you inquire, you’ll be asked to complete a detailed onboarding questionnaire. This step is intentional - it allows me to fully understand your business, goals, services, ideal client, and current challenges. I only take on clients who are aligned, invested, and ready to commit to consistent growth.

  • Step 2: Onboarding Call

    After reviewing your application, we’ll schedule a phone call to walk through your goals, clarify expectations, and confirm which management package is the best fit. This call ensures we’re aligned on vision, timelines, and strategy before moving forward.

  • Step 3: Strategy Pitch & Direction

    Based on your questionnaire and call, I create a tailored content and growth strategy for your brand. This includes content pillars, posting cadence, messaging direction, and how we’ll use content to attract and convert your ideal clients. You’ll understand what we’re posting, why we’re posting it, and how it supports your business goals.

  • Step 4: Content Day Planning

    Las Vegas clients are filmed locally as part of their service

    Clients outside of Las Vegas will still receive content days, with an additional travel fee based on location

    Before filming, we’ll confirm services to highlight, schedules, clients/models, and any promotions or messaging priorities so the day runs smoothly and efficiently.

    I handle content filming (when included), video editing, caption writing, and scheduling so you don’t have to. All content is optimized for Instagram (and TikTok, if included in your package) to ensure consistency, clarity, and alignment with your brand voice.

    Each month, you’ll receive a content calendar for the upcoming month outlining what will be posted and when. This calendar is sent in advance for your review and approval before anything is scheduled. To keep content flowing smoothly and maintain consistency, it’s important that any requested materials (such as filmed content, approvals, or time-sensitive updates) are provided on time.

    When everything stays aligned, your platforms remain active with intentional, strategic content designed to build trust, authority, and long-term growth.
